Built-in Returns Solution

The Doorway returns module enables both you and the customer to be in control of returns. Many businesses let themselves down with returns procedures and communications. This module will enable you to control the return of any item sold within your site, providing a full tracking number to both you and the customer.

You have control of return reasons, refund methods, return statuses and can also decide whether to apply a re-stocking charge.  Each update along the returns process is automatically communicated to the customer until the return is completed.

Both you and the customer can instigate the return procedure, meaning that returns can be dealt with much more quickly.  Automatic returns numbers are created for the customer and instructions on how to send the item back to you are included (these are editable by you).

Once the item is received by you, you simply manage the return within your administration area, applying credits and/or re-stocking fees if applicable.
